I've been getting a little antsy recently about the prospect of missing a chance to collect photos of some early blooming local wildflowers for a project I'm working on. Yesterday, to reduce my agitation, instead of cutting down on coffee, I devoted some time to a quick reconnoiter of a nearby Scientific and Natural Area (SNA) at Franconia Bluffs. The part of the world reconnoitered is beginning to green up.
