Short posting today. Our internet service provider, Frontier, is having some sort of network problem that is delivering about .1Mbps [yes, that’s POINT ONE Mbps] to us and a good sized surrounding area. It’s been that way since late yesterday afternoon. Would that we could find a viable alternative ISP. Our credit union also had some IT issues this week that caused me to use an alternate mechanism to pay some bills. Why can’t technical types make sure everything works well before and after they add “improvements?”
Back on the home front, there’s snow on the ground, again. Flurries off and on since this morning, early. It doesn’t make the countryside look a whole lot better, but it’a a change.
The Better Half and I are pulling together the info needed to fill out our tax organizer so we can deliver it to our tax preparer. It’s every bit as much fun as you might guess, even though we try to stay organized throughout the year. At least there’ll be some sense of accomplishment when the taxes are done and filed for another year. Again, the process of filing taxes is more complicated than should be necessary and that benefits few except the top 1% and those like them.
I hope this uploads some time in the next day or two.
